Commercial mortgages

 Available from £50,000 to £5,000,000 for all premises types from offices to factories, shops to pubs and clubs, including re-mortgages.

Bridging Loans

 Short term funding charged monthly from £25,000 to £3,000,000 for raising additional capital to cover temporary cash-flow solutions secured against residential or commercial properties.

Development finance

For any building project with full planning permission, from a design and built of a factory to the development of commercial or housing estate.  Up to 100% funding for the building work.

Buy to lets

Available for residential and commercial portfolio including a mixture of both: from first time buyers to a season investors. Maximum loan to value mortgages are available with several repayment options.

Semi –commercial

Maximum loan to value mortgages are available for mixed-use premises, such as residential flats above a shop or office.

Secured loans

Leasehold finance (Retail Only)

Available for the purchase of pubs, clubs, takeaways, cafes, restaurants and shops on a leasehold. Money can also be raised from your lease to inject cash back into your business.
